Knowledgeable judged by specific parts used in the Tune Up that even the dealer usually got wrong. Completed work in a reasonable time despite it being Thanksgiving week. Previously dropped by for a rearview mirror that came off. They fixed it on the spot. Excellent use of email to provide details of issues found. It would be nice though if the cost of each issue they listed was priced with relative time to repair so you could review everything in leisure instead of calling in to get that information. Being new to the area I am happy to find my "go to" automotive shop. Now I just need to find a dentist. Cheers T

I had to have my ignition switch replaced. Browns automotive worked on my car as soon as they got the part and then stored it for me for free while I was on a trip. They called while I was gone to give me the status of my car and sent texts. They've been very courteous, helpful and professional.
