Browns has been taking care of my car for some time, and while having to visit the mechanic due to car trouble can be stressful, I know that the folks at Brown's are going to give me an honest evaluation and price. They have treated me with respect, and their work on my vehicle has been of high quality.

Brown's Automotive, Rio Rancho, is my go-to place for car maintenance. They are helpful and courteous in abundance. Yesterday I needed an oil change. They also rotated my tires, and found that my battery was low. I'm glad it was brought to my attention because now I feel assured that my car is winterized. I had forgotten my Brown's coupon, which is important to them, but was given the discount as a courtesy to me. I was also impressed at the effort made to answer a unique question about updating my car's GPS. I knew they didn't do that kind of work, but the manager retrieved my owner's manual to see where it could be done. He even called Hyundai to see what they could offer. This took some time, but he got back to me and showed me where I could get more information. I really appreciated his interest in my question and how he handled an issue despite being very busy with phone calls and mechanic questions. I would use their names, but I have trouble remembering things like that.

Customer service provided was the best experience I had in Albuquerque. I would recommend your location to any of my friends for automotive services. I will be back to have some follow up items fixed as well that recommend to have done.

Have a 2010 prius andJust moved to ABQ. My brake master cylinder and pump went out. I was so tired of paying dealer prices and asked Google AI to find a reasonably priced mechanic shop. BROWN'S, came up, with a great explanation of services. Made an appointment online. I took the dealers diagnostics into Brown's, a day early and had a good discussion with the advisor. They took my car that day and started the repairs. Excellent explanation of the services required and stuck very close to the estimate. They did a full inspection of my vehicle and took photos of parts and other items that will need attention in the future. On top of the mechanical part, the customer service is top notch I've found my car repair people. Thank you BROWN'S

Had a pre-purchase inspection done here. The report I received seemed very thorough and my service advisor Cameron explained everything to me patiently. Before my appointment I spoke to Fernando on the phone a couple of times and he was also very helpful. I took the inspection report to the dealer and they agreed to perform the recommended services on the vehicle as part of the purchase. I'm planning to use Brown's for future services and repairs on the vehicle.
