Shout out to Browns Automotive Experts for getting my vehicle back to me in a day!! As a mechanics daughter I’m very particular on who does mechanical service on my vehicles.. After leaving my vehicle at the Buick dealership for a week and not even have a diagnostic test done on my vehicle and when I called to check on my vehicle I was told several times that if I wanted I could take it elsewhere.. So I did! Professional, friendly, detailed service of what was wrong with my vehicle these guys got my vehicle fixed in one day! Reasonably priced too! I've always had trouble finding a good car place that wasn't trying to wring you of every cent you own. This place does not sacrifice care or integrity when it comes to their work, and is honest every step of the way to keep you posted of what is going on with your vehicle. They keep previous diagnoses on file so if you can't fix it now you can get it fixed later, and everyone is super nice and genuine. The two gentlemen at the front are knowledgeable and fun to talk to, and there is an in-house puppy that wanders around. The environment is great, and now after two high-intensity visits, I feel confident that this will be my auto place moving forward.

Like many, I was having a hard time finding a mechanic I could trust without having one as family or a friend. I had horrible experiences and trust issues dealing with the Jeep dealership on ABQs Westside. I decided to give Brown’s Auto in Rio a chance and have not been disappointed. Ed and Henry are the Managers up front and have a great customer service skills and are transparent about everything. My order Jeep has had numerous issues due to its age and their team breaks down current issues along with potential future problems that they noticed. This is documented well with photos of what they have observed and an opinion of what should be a priority. Having that said, they are not pushy or demanding about work that could be completed later on. This communication along with timely, quality work has left me feeling good about their services and I’ll definitely continue business with them and recommend everyone to them! Thanks fellas!
