I first went to Browns in Rio Rancho probably about 10 years ago when the dealership recommended replacing a serpentine belt and a couple other fixes for my 4Runner. Didnt trust the dealership so I took it to Browns for inspection and was told the belt and other items were not a concern. 10 years later and those parts never had an issue. Been taking my cars to Browns ever since and feel that I am always taken care of.

I had a check engine light. I had an appointment for 1100 a.m. on Wednesday. Browns did not even look at my vehicle until late Thursday. It needed a dynamic air intake sensor. It took Browns anther full day to replace the sensor. Thats three days to fix a simple issue. That was very inconvenient for me. I have taken all my vehicles to Browns for several years for repairs and in the past have received excellent and timely service. This time was very different. I feel that my issue was insignificant in their eyes. The staff was unfamiliar to me. Perhaps they are new employees that dont necessarily appreciate Browns reputation.
