I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic only to find out they couldn't repair my vehicle because they told me they couldn't locate the part . I searched online and found browns automotive right down the street . I called them up and even though they were busy Chris made time to squeeze me in to check my car the next day. They inspected the vehicle and turns out my transmission needed to be replaced completely. I appreciated the honesty and transparency they gave with the inspection and they explained what needed to be done ro fix my car. Needless to say we decided not to repair the vehicle and just sell it. Thank you Darrel and Chris for great customer service and taking the time to help me out on such short notice. I will definitely keep Browns automotive in mind for my automotive needs in the future !!
