I had a bad experience with Cameron at the location I took a vehicle to. He never informed of delays due to weather or otherwise. He was condescending on the phones by trying to explain the workings of a truck I've had for 20 years. Cameron needs a lesson in customer service. I received two charges for shop supplies. I have never charged for shop supplies nor informed of it in the initial quote. I noticed there were staffing changes and the folks that were there are missed because they displayed great skills in serving their customers. I will not be returning the this location.
