Awesome group of folks who fixed my issue in less than an hour. Other shops didn't have any idea how to proceed with my steering column misalignment. The shift indicator was off by a whole position and wouldn't completely go back into park "P" to release the key. Browns knew what to do instantly - a simple adjustment. Thanks so very much, as the other shops wanted to do an entire and costly column replacement. None better than Browns!!

The staff and technicians at Brown’s Automotive on 4th St. definitely deserve a 5 star rating. They got our vehicle into the shop, and promptly assessed the issues. Communication was professional and courteous. The technicians go above and beyond with their attention to detail. We highly recommend this group of professionals. Fair prices on parts and labor. Safety seems to be of the utmost importance when getting drivers back on the road.

I wanted to personally thank Chris and Jonathon for taking care of my daughter, who is currently attending CNM. She was experiencing concerns with her Toyota Corolla Hybrid, and the dealership around the corner was too busy to see her for a week. She was understandably stressed and needed her vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. Once Browns Automotive received the vehicle and had it diagnosed, Shop Foreman Daniel quickly identified the issue and had her back on the road in no time. The entire situation was handled promptly and professionally. As a parent, I dont know much about vehicles beyond putting gas in them when needed. When a service center like Browns Automotive steps up, explains the concern in detail, and resolves the issue within a day, that level of care truly stands out. This kind of service simply does not happen everywhere. I sincerely appreciate the attention, urgency, and professionalism shown by Chris, Jonathon, and Daniel. I am so very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and transparency of the team at Browns in Rio Rancho. They did a comprehensive inspection and broke it down into urgent,what we can monitor and good quality of my truck. This is beyond helpful when making a decision to get work done.
