Rio Rancho
Brown's Automotive, Rio Rancho, is my go-to place for car maintenance. They are helpful and courteous in abundance. Yesterday I needed an oil change. They also rotated my tires, and found that my battery was low. I'm glad it was brought to my attention because now I feel assured that my car is winterized. I had forgotten my Brown's coupon, which is important to them, but was given the discount as a courtesy to me. I was also impressed at the effort made to answer a unique question about updating my car's GPS. I knew they didn't do that kind of work, but the manager retrieved my owner's manual to see where it could be done. He even called Hyundai to see what they could offer. This took some time, but he got back to me and showed me where I could get more information. I really appreciated his interest in my question and how he handled an issue despite being very busy with phone calls and mechanic questions. I would use their names, but I have trouble remembering things like that.
