I took my fiancé‘s 2016 4Runner to Brown’s and had an excellent experience at this shop. They give every customer a complementary full inspection documented with photos and descriptions before any service. The service manager, John, was very kind and gave me a full rundown on all of the possible maintenance that we could do. He gave me some honest opinions on the priority of certain things and made my fiancé and I feel comfortable the whole time. He was patient with me on the phone as I asked a bunch of detail oriented questions. Did struts and shocks and oil change and diff fluids and fuel system cleaning and tire rotation. They got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. The front desk area is newly renovated and very comfortable! It makes such a huge difference to go to a shop that documents everything they do and the current condition of the vehicle. And then to have a service manager who is kind and honest was a great experience.

I love the customer service and of course the services provided to keep my car in good shape. Anna is always great. I just met Vincent this time around but he kept me informed and communicated the needs of my car. I'll keep going back. Thank you, Brown's.

Safety Concern! The mechanics are missing steps! Between my husbands truck and mine, 3 out of 4 services had a negative outcome. 2 were a safety issue! 1. After my 1st inspection/oil change my unique wheel lock tool in my glove compartment was removed and not put back. Luckily I didnt need it until my tire service at Discount Tire and they had an extra one. 2. After my husbands 1st inspection/oil change a bolt on his air filter cap was missing. Luckily hes also a mechanic, noticed and replaced it. 3. My husbands 2nd oil change he asked them not to worry about the air filters because he can do them. Later that day his truck was leaking oil in the driveway. His oil cap was missing and oil was leaking everywhere! It was the weekend so he had to go out and spend almost $40 on a new one. Again, lucky he knows how to fix it himself. For those of us without this knowledge this could become a safety concern.
