I want to again thank the staff at Brown’s Auto (formerly Don’s Auto) for their excellent service! I found Don’s on Angie’s List in 2013.. When I moved away from Albuquerque in 2020 I continued my “checkups every six months” habit with Don’s/Brown’s. I have always enjoyed their friendly, helpful and honest work. For example: this week, Darryl made my appointment for an oil change and a road worthy check. He made note of all my concerns. Manager Cliff, who has been there since my day one, has always been helpful, personable and empathetic. Duston at the Front Desk, who remembered my history with Don’s as he reviewed Mechanic John’s report and suggested possible next steps. I appreciate their efficiency and concern for me as a customer. They completed the work needed in half the predicted time so I could get back home before rush hour! I will trust Browns/ Don’s to care for my car for as long as I continue my semiannual road trips in the Midwest.
