Awesome group of folks who fixed my issue in less than an hour. Other shops didn't have any idea how to proceed with my steering column misalignment. The shift indicator was off by a whole position and wouldn't completely go back into park "P" to release the key. Browns knew what to do instantly - a simple adjustment. Thanks so very much, as the other shops wanted to do an entire and costly column replacement. None better than Browns!!

I wanted to personally thank Chris and Jonathon for taking care of my daughter, who is currently attending CNM. She was experiencing concerns with her Toyota Corolla Hybrid, and the dealership around the corner was too busy to see her for a week. The entire situation was handled promptly and professionally. As a parent, I dont know much about vehicles beyond putting gas in them when needed.
