I have been going to Brown's Auto for a few years now and feel very confident in their work. As a retired woman, it means a lot to know the mechanics are thorough, honest, and well-trained when I bring my car in. They maintain my car in the way I ask them to with no pressure. After my visit, they send me a detailed report with pictures of each part they have looked at, under the hood and outside. I also appreciate how they do a free analysis of the tires, brakes, shocks, fluids, belts, lights, and batteries. I would list more things, but this is all the words I know to add to my vehicle knowledge. I could list some of the tools they use, but that doesn't help anyone.

I gave them a bit of an electrical puzzle that other places had not solved. They did a really tough job and found the problem, and did research and found that it was something that Subaru knew about and would fix. Great communication. Henry not he phones is a king of customer service. Thanks to Mario for giving me a needed ride.
