As one who did my own repairs for 50 years I had no idea who to call for a repair. Due to medical reasons I was now at the mercy of the internet. I checked out their web page and decided to give them a try. I am completely satisfied with their service and honesty. What they charged for the service was very reasonable. In the future they will have any and all repair work I need performed.

These guys really made me feel taken care of. They will err on the side of over communicating to you that, as someone who doesn’t know cars, could be overwhelmed by. But they help. They care. They make sure you know what they are doing. And if you have something fixed, they will stick by you to help you figure out what else could be wrong. We had our 2004 Toyota Sienna van worked on in August because there was a loud squeaking noise. We called them a week later because the noise came back. They got us in the next day and was able to remedy the problem whiich was simply loose belts. They are professional, responsive, and good at what they do.

I am new to the area and had been struggling with a rattling noise in my car. After spending $1500 at another shop without a solution, I was recommended to try Browns Automotive Experts. They did a free diagnostic and quickly identified the issue: stripped struts caused by the previous repair. Browns Automotive Experts sent me a video and paperwork documenting the problem, helping me get the original shop to fix their mistake. work was done with a great turn around and good pricing. Browns even corrected issues from other repair shops. I was quite impressed with the inspection report and discussing which items to tackle before work on my vehicle was started
