Ed, Henry, Ryan, and all the guys in the shop did a great job taking care of my 1995 Ford Explorer, 520K miles, original engine! The coolant system sprang some serious leaks, water pump on the blink, power steering pump on the blink, battery died, flushed the coolant and power steering system. A big 13 hour job! Took the 95 in on Wednesday, got it back on Friday. No more leaks, no more power steering screeching, when you turn the steering wheel, engine sounds so much better, Lord have mercy! You guys at Brown Automotive do top-notch quality auto repair work, can't thank you enough! Look'n for another 500K miles on that 95!

We needed to have our RAM Promaster 3500 serviced and Brown's Automotive Experts was both really efficient and very reasonably priced. I was expecially impressed with their customer service and their approach to an issue we had with one of our tires. They outlined both the best case and worst case scenarios. Unlike so many other repair shops that would automatically try to charge a customer for the worst case scenario, Brown's was able to solve the problem without charging us an "arm and a leg". We'll definitely return for our next sceduled service or when any other issue arises.

Saved Me Money My car has been overheating be better off changing out the radiator but my best friend. Call Brown's automotive and they suggested that I would do a pressure test instead of throwing more money into my car which I have found out that I had a blown head gasket and because of the blown head gasket they were not able to complete the test they could have actually charge me what they quoted me but they did not in fact it was half because they could not do the pressure test and for that I was totally relieved because my car is going to be junk soon but they didn't charge me extra they were kind and courteous uncompassionate offered different options but in the end if I have to get another car they offered of course with the charge to scan the next vehicle I get this way I will not get burned because let's face it income tax time and people will clear their codes I will definitely take that service up
