Thanks so much for checking my Toyota, this was my first experience with Browns Automotive and when I heard a grinding noise when I was braking. I was nervous that it was going to be a major problem. Other places i had called said it would be anywhere from $500 to over a $1000 to fix and when i checked with Browns, Chris said to come in for a simple brake check that morning. When I came in they called me by my name and the technician took the vehicle back to the shop right away, when I received the news later that morning that they just needed a clean and adjust. Chris, Eddie and the techs had me on the road that afternoon. Thanks Browns, I have heard great things from others about your Service and it was my first experience with you. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else but Browns Auto. I also found out that they had a service center on the westside where I lived.
