The staff Monica and Savannah were professional and courteous. I had a dead battery and my car was towed to Brown's Auto Experts. I needed to be dropped off to car rental place to pick up a rental car. They were kind and went out of their way to drop me off to pick up a rental vehicle. I’ve had a great experience with Brown’s Automotive. They’re extremely thorough with their inspections and provide pictures and detailed explanations of anything they find, which I really appreciate. They’re upfront about what actually needs attention, what can be monitored, and I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, and helpful, and the work I’ve had done has been great. It’s nice having a shop I feel comfortable trusting with my vehicle. Good people here. They take their warranties seriously. After a recent service I developed and oil leak. They replaced the oil pan gasket and ran the truck for three hours without a leak. No charge. I trust these people.
