She called when she said she would and followed up with me when she said she would. When I picked up the truck, Vincent went over things with me again and made sure I was happy before I left. Brown's has restored my faith in standing by the work they do.

I have been going to Brown's Auto for a few years now and feel very confident in their work. As a retired woman, it means a lot to know the mechanics are thorough, honest, and well-trained when I bring my car in. They maintain my car in the way I ask them to with no pressure. After my visit, they send me a detailed report with pictures of each part they have looked at, under the hood and outside. I also appreciate how they do a free analysis of the tires, brakes, shocks, fluids, belts, lights, and batteries. I would list more things, but this is all the words I know to add to my vehicle knowledge. I could list some of the tools they use, but that doesn't help anyone.
