Safety Concern! The mechanics are missing steps! Between my husbands truck and mine, 3 out of 4 services had a negative outcome. 2 were a safety issue! 1. After my 1st inspection/oil change my unique wheel lock tool in my glove compartment was removed and not put back. Luckily I didnt need it until my tire service at Discount Tire and they had an extra one. 2. After my husbands 1st inspection/oil change a bolt on his air filter cap was missing. Luckily hes also a mechanic, noticed and replaced it. 3. My husbands 2nd oil change he asked them not to worry about the air filters because he can do them. Later that day his truck was leaking oil in the driveway. His oil cap was missing and oil was leaking everywhere! It was the weekend so he had to go out and spend almost $40 on a new one. Again, lucky he knows how to fix it himself. For those of us without this knowledge this could become a safety concern.

I was in NM on a fire assignment when I had a check engine light come on. I called browns first thing in the morning and they got my truck right in . I barely had time to get my work gear out of it as they were already up in the lift diagnosing the issue . This place is top notch , professional , timely and not over the top expensive . Thanks to browns I am back to work . They also gave me a ride to get a rental car for the day..which I didnt need because they changed my fuel pump so fast. I wish this place was in Wyoming ! I highly recommend, and they came highly recommended by other firefighting professionals in Albuquerque.
