Excellent customer service from every member of the Team that I had contact with. They all kept me updated with regards to the status of my repairs and once I received my car back it was like having a new car. The quality was outstanding and to have a warranty of 36 months was absolutely unheard of. All of our family will be using Browns for any future automotive repairs. I brought in a Mercedes to look over before I buy it, as well as my old Dodge Ram. They did a great exam and report on both. I hated some of the things they found but am glad they found them. Next is my Prius. Thank you, Zoe, for the ride home between exams and reports! It's great help to not have to be Ubering or calling friends for rides. See you soon to start restoring both old cars. I had a great experience with Vincent and Darryl and everyone who took care of my car! They got me in quickly and the services were timely. Darryl took the time to go over my inspection with me and let me ask as many questions as I had (he’s a saint cuz I had a lot). He explained what would be more urgent vs what I could keep an eye on and had reccs for places for work they couldn’t do and I felt understood and cared for. I will definitely be taking my car back for anything that comes up just for the customer service alone. Thank you all at Browns off 4th and Guadelupe trail!

From the limited time I've been in Albuquerque (two years), I've used Browns on three occasions. I doubt that I've ever encountered a more professional business as Browns. They are thorough, honest, skilled and very knowledgeable.

Sherl and Vincent were great! They were friendly and supportive. My diagnostic was sent pretty quickly, and Sheryl was helpful at advising next step. They were the best.

I have been coming here since they opened in Rio Rancho. Ed and all of the technicians and other staff, and the dog too, are all amazing and always very nice and very helpful. Great service and pricing I will always refer and recommend this place. Just love them
