Great folks know their stuff and can articulate what work needs to be done very well. Very professional, work done on the truck has been fantastic! Will be returning for my future maintenance needs. Added bonus this is the first shop I've been to in ABQ area that has properly finished their work. I have had others that I've immediately had to get under the truck to turn a wrench to fix loose bolts or go back to get missing bolts, or take the empty fluid containers out of my engine bay. SOOOOO thankful Browns takes pride in their work and did it right the first time.

This was my first time @ Brown’s Auto Experts, and I really appreciate, beyond the great mechanical services they offer, to have been given enough info about what they found and what work needed to be done and how soon. My Honda needed the 90,000 mile service maintenence, which is a lot of work, and not inexpensive. But both Ed & Henry were really great at explaining everything. I felt like I was treated as a customer- with work that needed done, rather than just someone run thru the mill of charging for device from a big dealership. Really appreciate the service and I will be back
