They are always willing to give us estimates and are honest about what really needs to be done for repair. Single operations may never be able to compete with larger franchises on price, but they will always have superior service. Dearholt definitely has superior service and for a small family business, does its best on price as well..Dearholt maintains our 2005 Chevy Malibu Max, 2004 Ford Truck (now sold) and 2012 Toyota Prius V.

Was from out of town and engine light came on. Went to net and checked for "reliable shop close to my hotel with good reviews" and found Brown's. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got on with the repair. I was on the road again by noon. I would recommend.

Best experience I have had in a very long time. The shop owners and employees were very polite and friendly. They even let me take my car in for the day and gave me a ride to work. I had a minor oil leak and had several different shops look at the leak and quote me outrageous prices. Brown's Automotive was very reasonable and did a great job. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off or being charged for things I didn't need like some other shops do. I will only be going here for my car needs from now on.

Great professional service.

These guys are great. We took both our cars (Accord + Wrangler) in for maintenance during the past two years. Very professional, honest, and reliable. More than once they have accommodated us last minute. Sure, you are paying a few more dollars for an oil change, but its worth it to me for the level of service and getting an expert to do a once over each time you take your car in. Before they do work they give you a print out of the estimated prices and there have never been any surprises.
