My parents are very pleased with the renewed a/c flow into the car and are happy with the estimates for items that need to address moving forward on the vehicle. They will be budgeting to bring it back soon before winter so that the water pump and hoses can be replaced. Great service!

I was told that i would have to wait because there was going to be a meeting. I was expecting the visit to take 1 hour as informed. However it took over 2 hours. Maybe appointments should be made after the morning meeting to save customers waiting around unnecessarily.

Was from out of town and engine light came on. Went to net and checked for "reliable shop close to my hotel with good reviews" and found Brown's. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got on with the repair. I was on the road again by noon. I would recommend.
