After PepBoys whiffed on my appointment and said my 9:00 appointment wouldn't start until 11-ish, I went home to dig up my Val-Pak coupons. Unlike some places, Dearholt's $24.99 coupon (with tire rotation) IS ACTUALLY $24.99. There's no additional "oil recycling fee" or "materials fee". And the place is clean!
