Browns Automative is amazing and the staff is very kind! I went to the location on 6001 4th St NW near the Smiths. My car was having some complicated issues and they did their best to fix it. Their prices seem great as well, I would’ve had to pay 4-6 times more if I took my vehicle to the dealership. So cashing out was pleasant since I paid far less than what I was prepared for. Very blessed to have come across their business, will be taking my vehicle there for now on!!

Experience was great! However, my husband received a call that car ready! When I called it wasn’t! When we got there car was already parked in the back area where cars are stored for next day pick up! I had mentioned that I would pick up car before 5pm! I arrived at 4:45-4:50pm! Not a big deal just communication between staff should be better which young lady mentioned to some of the staff I was picking it up! They obviously didn’t listen! LOL! Other than that, service was great and I been going to Browns automotive many years! My mom used to take her car there for servicing & she was always happy with service! She has passed and me & family will continue to take our vehicles there! Thanks to her we found an awesome mechanic business that does a good job with fabulous customer service! Emissions and tow.

I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic only to find out they couldn't repair my vehicle because they told me they couldn't locate the part . I searched online and found browns automotive right down the street . I called them up and even though they were busy Chris made time to squeeze me in to check my car the next day. They inspected the vehicle and turns out my transmission needed to be replaced completely. I appreciated the honesty and transparency they gave with the inspection and they explained what needed to be done ro fix my car. Needless to say we decided not to repair the vehicle and just sell it. Thank you Darrel and Chris for great customer service and taking the time to help me out on such short notice. I will definitely keep Browns automotive in mind for my automotive needs in the future !!
