Brown's provided exceptional service at an extremely reasonable price point on my 2007 Nissan Frontier. Due to circumstances with shipping and general parts availability during Covid, some items to fix the truck were delayed, but Brown's worked with me to ensure that my truck would be on the road as quickly as possible. Brown's has done repair work on our Honda Accord before (at a different location) and their expertise and professionalism are evident in their work. Their Service Advisors are very knowledgeable and customer focused. My one disappointment this last time is that the SA who picked me up at my house and drove me back to pick up my vehicle was not wearing a mask and I felt very uncomfortable riding in a small car with windows rolled up. It was a clear deviation from Brown's stated Covid-safe practices. However, I otherwise would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.
