We’re so grateful to have found Browns Automotive! We’ve been having issues with our Sprinter van and even the dealership couldn’t pinpoint the matter. Browns was THE place to go. We called in first thing in this morning and Leslie asked us to come in right away. Justin Spencer is the man! He took the time to listen to all of our concerns, explained to us some specifications about our van and really had the knowledge to fix the problem. They also send you updates on the work in progress. We had the BEST service in a long time. The team is very friendly, trustworthy and comprehensive. They did everything they could to give us back our van in a timely manner and at a very fair price. Leslie even offered us some pizza! You guys were awesome to us and we wish you to have as many happy campers as us! There is a nice coffee shop to hang out right next door with great service too! Many thanks! J&E

This place is great. I had a serious problem with my car and Charles was so patient and kept me updated throughout the whole ordeal. Lyndie was wonderful and has a gift of great customer service. Both of them and and the rest of the crew helped me with my warranty company and all paperwork with repairs. Browns's also guarantee s there work. Best place to take your care!!!
