My wife went to Brown's to replace rack and pinion, etc. on her Toyota truck. They charged just a bit more than half of what the Toyota dealer asked. A year later, everything is still perfect. Based on that I have now gone to Brown's for strut replacement and related problems. I have been very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, and how they go out of their way to explain what needs to be done, including options for doing the work in phases over time. I don't mind driving all the way across town for this level of service, trustworthiness, and old-school customer relations.
