Great customer service, great explanations on what is wrong and the benefit of fixing it.

I don`t know who these people are but they do great work. I have almost 180 thousand miles on my Xterra and they have been very up front with the preventative maintenance I need to have done on my vehicle. They are not pushy just informative! I feel safe bringing my car to they`re shop.

The staff at Brown's were friendly and courteous. It took them a while to determine what was wrong with my vehicle; however, they persevered and were able to get it running again. I appreciate their professional service and helpful suggestions for maintenance of the vehicle. I plan on returning.

My parents are very pleased with the renewed a/c flow into the car and are happy with the estimates for items that need to address moving forward on the vehicle. They will be budgeting to bring it back soon before winter so that the water pump and hoses can be replaced. Great service!

I was told that i would have to wait because there was going to be a meeting. I was expecting the visit to take 1 hour as informed. However it took over 2 hours. Maybe appointments should be made after the morning meeting to save customers waiting around unnecessarily.
