Brown's was fast and professional. Took my Tacoma to Brown's on 4th because my check engine light was on for my O2 sensor and I was unable to pass emissions testing. They did diagnostics and were able to install new O2 sensor the next day. The repair worked and I passed emmissions, woohoo! Very easy to work with and I liked the diagnostics report via email.

I recently (August 2023) had my car serviced at Brown's Automotive Experts. I was able to make an appointment within a day or so of calling for one. Also, my car was serviced within a few hours, after an employee provided a listing of issues/quotes to me immediately beforehand.
