My cars catalytic converter was stolen and they were able to work with my scam artist insurance company to get it fixed. They kept me informed every step and got the job done right. They will have my service in the future if anything else happens to my vehicle and i recommend them to anyone looking for a trust worthy auto shop.

Edit (11/08): I first gave them a 1 star review (below) but Tim reached out to me and offered me a free oil change for my troubles. It was a nice gesture. 11/7 - I have been a Brown's customer for probably close to 8 years now. Last week, I came in to drop off my car to get the rear window regulator checked out and I tripped and fell and badly injured one of my knees in front of their office door. I spent the day at Urgent Care, lost a day of work and I still cannot walk properly. This may sound tacky but when I paid over the phone for the pricy diagnostic fee, it would have been nice to get even a $5 off my bill since I badly hurt myself at their business (they picked me off the floor and they knew I was in the hospital all day). Moreover they were going to charge me over $500 for a new regulator (no motor) when I found the same part for $215 online, the total bill was going to be close to $1000 to replace a regulator on one window... Also, I contacted them afterwards thru their survey and I have yet to get a response.

I was unfortunate enough to break a timing chain just outside of Albuquerque on the third day of a very long road trip just before rush hour. I was fortunate to have found Don's Auto & Service Center! I was shaken from the unexpected engine trouble, it was past closing time, and they took my call. Manager Cliff Griffith was incredibly accommodating, going the extra mile to make sure I found safe lodging in Uptown, and kept me informed on the state of my vehicle. Cliff and his crew were amazing! Honest, professional, with integrity!! Highly recommend!

We were passing through town and had a problem with our wiper arm. Tim made time to take a look at it and Robert was able to temporarily fix it until we can get the part. And then they said no charge for all of that! Wow, you don’t find folks like that very often these days. Great people - honest and super helpful.
