Five stars comes with a caveat, be ready to take the time to be detailed inyour explanation of your automotive needs. They make very good use of visual tech to help illustrate their findings in the diagnosis of the problem. Work done on my vehicle was thorough, problem solved. Yes, a bit pricey but that is the reality of automotive repair these day. You get what you pay for. Yes, I will go them again for serious work on my vehicle.Back again for more work. Had a great experience with Browns Automotive. Tim took great care of us and our GMC. I called yesterday morning about some grinding in my brakes. He took it in and looked at it right away (I even took it to the wrong location and he picked it up for me). A few hours later I had an inspection report with pictures and recommendations included. My vehicle needed quite a bit of work, but they got it done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will be using Browns Automotive Experts for all of our future vehicle repairs.
