First went to Brown's a year ago for brake service on my 2012 Honda Insight. Since then, they have performed a wide variety of service and repairs on my dad's small fleet of aging ranch trucks, helping to solve some weird puzzles ("What's that noise?" or "Why does it do this sometimes?"). So far, nothing has stumped them, and they always give the diagnosis with such good humor that you almost don't mind spending another few hundred dollars to keep that old pickup running!

Prompt and respectful. They diagnosed my problem accurately and honestly. I have been to other shops who would have inflated the problem to get more money. Not Browns. They found a simple explanation for what could have an expensive repair. I always go to them and they have done right by me. Highly recommend.

Very Trustworthy and Efficient!

I had an AMAZING experience here. I am completely lost when it comes to taking care of my car. I recently had a flat tire and since my tires are filled with Nitrogen I wasn't sure if it was okay to fill with air or where to go to take care of that. I stopped in Browns and was immediately taken care of - they offered to fill the tire right away and checked it for holes. As someone who is not knowledgeable about cars, I am nervous about being taken advantage of and oversold - that was not the case here. I was very happy and will be going back for other car care!
