My wheel well was torn out from my subaru outback when I went over a root. The subaru dealer couldn't get me in for a few weeks. I called Browns Automotive and they offered to get me in the next day. Needless to say I was very surprised. Due to my schedule it took me a few days to get in. The front desk was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me up to date of the progress. I was in and out of there by 10 a.m. The work they completed was expertly done and I immediately felt comfortable with them. Needless to say this company will be the first one to call for any repairs needed from here on out!

I spent around 6k with Browns to tune-up my car and replace alternator as I am moving to the mountains. There was an issue with the alternator / charging system that Browns worked swiftly to fix under warranty of the part. They got my car taken care of, despite a very strange and stressful situation. Parts can sometimes be faulty off the line, but they will always take care of you! -2007 Nissan Murano

great service, set appointment and service to be done diagnostic and problem engine light on, fault was found and addressed same day as promised, involved a removal of intake manifold to get to sensor needing replacement, very knowledgeable mechanics. Updates and photos were taken of service and possible other things needing addressing.
