Tim Sloan and his team are professional, experienced and they take the time to explain the details, especially for complex mechanical issues. Recently, rodents created significant damage in both of our vehicles. The team did a great job finding, fixing and giving options to prevent future damage. My experience with Brown's Automotive was completely positive from my f!irst contact with Jonathan on the phone. There was a feeling of genuine willingness to help, answer my questions and accommmodate my schedule. All issues with my pickup were emailed to me with photos so there was no question what they were seeing. I was given the choice, with NO pressure, which things I wanted to fix and which things I wanted to wait on. There were several phone calls, and I spoke with Lance as well, who was also very helpful and friendly. My Pickup was repaired on the SAME DAY as I brought it in! And when I couldn't find a ride to pick it up, Lance was kind enough to come pick me up and bring me to the shop. (Along with the adorable shop dog, Pancho.) Being a woman without a strong background in auto repair, I was relieved to feel that I was in good and honest hands.

They had to pull our engine in order to replace the water pump. They explained everything this entailed and which parts could be replaced as the process went forward. They finished the job a day early. Very professional, very friendly. They will be our go to from now on!

My Husband and I were putting Gas on 4th and Solar. The Gentleman in the photos the one that helped us. He went out of his way to give us a boost. We own a Mercedes ML 350 2006. Let me tell you the battery is under the Passenger Front seat. We elderly he help my husband take the the chair out and he put everything back together for us. He was Heaven Sent. Its was Cold and rainy . He stuck around to make sure we were ok. Now u tell me who does that now a day"s. We had a bad Battery. We went to Browns Automotive the workers there were just as Good as this Gentleman was. I would recommend them Highly.. Gave us a Good Price on Our Battery. I just want to give all the Guy's down at Browns Automotive Express a Shout Out. Good Job. Y'all are very Professional and Experienced.
