Very responsive. I like that they text me an inspection report. I wish they were a bit clearer about what on that list they are planning to do. Certainly not the cheapest place around, but I'm willing to pay a bit for professionalism.

Had my vehicle towed in for an electrical issue and as we all know these issues are never easy for anyone, except for the professionals at Browns Automotive. David our technician was determined to find out what was causing the battery on my vehicle to drain, leaving me and my family stranded. After all his hard work and determination he was able to track it down and within 24 hours of finding the issue my family and I were back in our vehicle rolling down the road. I am so grateful for the well "oiled" and tuned team at the 4th street location. It is great to know that they take their profession serious and don't just throw expensive parts at my car until the problem is resolved. They care about doing things right and accurate the FIRST time. From the front of the house to the waaaaaay back the team is a absolute gem to work with. Thank you to the owners for hiring such a great group of guys. Oh and the little pouch that welcomes all the customers.....he makes waiting around and spending money in the shop worth it! Keep it up Browns Team! and to our service adviser thanks for all the jokes. You made paying the final bill easier :)

Found a place that is Honest and Fair, work ethics is Great. Highly recommend to anyone to have done on vehicles. Knowledgeable.

This is the only shop I will take my vehicles to. The technicians are very experienced and trustworthy. The diesel technicians very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing.

Great service and they do a great job. Even cleaned up the engine after they were done. It looks new under the hood now. They are up front with all the issues and costs and usually right on or under the estimate they give. Will be going back soon for more maintenance and repairs.

I first visited their website and then just called and spoke to the manager Johnathan to see if I could get an oil change. I found out that they work on a first come first served basis---no appointments needed. I then brought in my car for an oil change and at no extra cost they included a free tire rotation and 52-point vehicle inspection. My technician Kyle found an issue (bent rim) that both Nissan dealerships never told me about. Lance then helped check me out via mobile (tap your phone) pay. Overall, I'd say bypass the corporate jiffy lube and overpriced dealership rates and get the guys @ Browns to fulfill your automotive needs. P.S---they will even offer you a discount towards your next service for providing an honest review. P.P.S---you might even get a chance to meet their tiny helper named Poncho: Half poodle half chiwawa. Who said dogs can't help out here and there?

Brown Automotive on 4th NW is the best! I took it in on Monday for a clutch,pressure plate and bell housing and it was done yesterday. Im driving a new car! Pricy,good and quick.
