Took my vehicle for an estimate on services need I was treated with the up most respect.

My car would not start due to a dead battery and Brown's was able to send someone over right away to jump my car. I got the battery replaced and a couple of other minor thing done in only a few hours.

I took a vehicle into Brown's for a pre-purchase inspection. In the time it took them to drive the vehicle into the bay, they realized it needed a new transmission and a lot of other expensive work. I'd been sitting in the lobby for less under 5 minutes when they returned to ask me if I really wanted to pay $50 for an inspection they didn't need to do. So, for free and in 5 minutes, I found out the vehicle wasn't worth it. My search for a vehicle continues, and for sure I'm going to keep taking every one I test drive to Brown's. I trust their honesty and their expertise.
