After much research, I chose to bring my truck into Brown's Automotive. Thank God I did. I finally found an honest group of individuals, starting with Tim. From the moment I arrived he made me feel at ease. He was kind, pleasant, forthcoming and extremely helpful. Throughout the entire process, Tim made several phone calls explaining what was needed and why on my truck. When the job was completed, I was elated to find my truck back to its original working condition. To all the mechanics who worked on my truck and especially to Tim and big Thank you. Johnathan and the rest of the crew at the Los Ranchos location made a great first impression. My previous garage went out of business and I had to find a new shop. They were able to accommodate me several days earlier than I'd anticipated so already we were off to a good start. When I arrived they were taking their COVID precautions seriously. Johnathan took the time to explain exactly how they operate, how they were going to inspect and assess my car's condition, and what I should expect. Later that day I got a clear, detailed report with a ton of photos to help me see what issues they had found, as well as a breakdown of what could be deferred and what needed to be considered urgent. The final invoice wasn't insane, the staff was friendly, and the photos, communication, and level of detail in the report were reassuring, particularly since I was taking a chance on a new shop. Two days later I got a follow-up call and that's excellent customer service too. My review is based on one service experience but I don't have any issues recommending Brown's.
