Oh my goodness! We were driving my son, Winston, to ASU from Illinois and the brakes went out on my son's car. I called AAA for recommendations and they offered 6 in the Albuquerque area. We chose Brown's Auto and am I ever glad (and relieved!!) that we did. Once we had gotten the vehicle to Brown's Auto for repair, Bob (from Brown Auto) dropped us off at a nearby hotel and made sure that it was to our liking before he left. Bob then went back to the shop and got back to me QUICKLY with an evaluation and photos of the brakeline that had sprung a leak and needed replacement. They also did a many-point inspection of the car which was very helpful. The app that they used to keep us up-to-date on the repairs was also very user-friendly. Bob and the Brown's Auto crew really took great care of us and got us back on the road ASAP and for a reasonable price, too. Such a comfort to be treated with honesty and respect when we were a long ways from home and yet still 6 hours from our destination, too. If we lived in Albuquerque, Brown's Auto is absolutely (!!) where we would get service for all of our vehicles.

Great local repair shop for our family. Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection, knowing I'd receive quality work, honest answers, and super friendly service. My mother in law arrived last night from Arizona and her AC went out. After googling automotive mechanic shops we discovered Don's. She arrived at 8am with no appointment and from the moment she drove up was treated with kindness and respect. Very open and honest, fair prices and fast service!

My husband called and made an appointment yesterday and they were able to get us in at 8 this morning. They were able to locate the parts we needed for our repairs and we had our truck back within a few hours! They treated us with respect and the price was fair.
