About a month and a half ago my 2008 Cadillac STS was having problems. I had to have it towed and when I called AAA for the tow they recommended Browns, I was going to take it to the Cadillac dealership but with their recommendation I did go to Browns. It’s through an ongoing process and trying to figure out the issues Browns was absolutely wonderful/amazing. However it did get a little frustrating for me but I know it was for them also! They went above and beyond to figure out the issues! Still working out a few quirks they have been absolutely amazing and are on top of it!!! I would recommend Browns to anybody having issues with their vehicles!

I have been a customer for over ten years and have received some of the very best customer service in Albuquerque - each and every time I have needed their services. For me, the most reassuring aspect of doing business with them is that they will never spend a penny of my hard-earned cash without consulting me first. Sadly, this is not a common practise amongst automotive repair shops in Albuquerque as my experience has taught me. Not once in over ten years have I picked up my vehicle and the cost was more than had been quoted - not once. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and, should there be something of which they are not sure, they will research it and get back to you before beginning work on your vehicle. They stand by their work and should anything not turn out as expected, they make a really good effort to take care of the problem. Knowing that they will be honest and upfront about what needs to be taken care of results in great peace of mind. I highly recommend Brown’s Automotive Experts based on the years of remarkable service I have received from them.

Very professional. Shop is spotless. The business is well organized. Love their web application that keeps you updated, sends you reports. Best communication with a car mechanic ever. They have a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty on their work which is important to us as we have an old Chevy truck 88. We are hoping the repairs stick.

Highly recommend, they are honest about estimates and amount of time to get it done.

Don't let the modest look of the shop fool you- these guys are right up there with any of the giant tech savvy companies. I was kept informed throughout the day with text and email with live current photos of my car and the work that was being performed. What a peace of mind to not feel like you're getting worked over by your mechanic. Thanks to everyone for an outstanding job, we will definitely be back.

The quality of their work is always first rate. They are thorough and courteous. The reason for four rather than five stars is that my car was not ready until well after they said it would be. But, I still will take my car back to them for any repairs.

After a complete brake replacement on all 4 wheels on my RV, it needed a followup visit to adjust the brakes. Keith attended to it on the spot. Brakes worked well after that. In fact, on Paseo del Norte, a crazy driver pulled right in front of me as traffic in my lane was slowing down. I initated a panic braking and the brakes on the RV held, allowing me to stop before rear ending the crazy driver!
