They make very good use of visual tech to help illustrate their findings in the diagnosis of the problem. Work done on my vehicle was thorough, problem solved. Yes, a bit pricey but that is the reality of automotive repair these day. You get what you pay for. Yes, I will go them again for serious work on my vehicle.Back again for more work. Had a great experience with Browns Automotive. Tim took great care of us and our GMC. I called yesterday morning about some grinding in my brakes. He took it in and looked at it right away (I even took it to the wrong location and he picked it up for me). A few hours later I had an inspection report with pictures and recommendations included. My vehicle needed quite a bit of work, but they got it done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will be using Browns Automotive Experts for all of our future vehicle repairs.

Best mechanic in albequerque! I took my Ford ranger in for an inspection to diagnose an array of odd noises. They found every issue, took the time to explain the problems and what it would to take fix each and every one. Ed was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They gave my truck a complete overhaul and the prices were very fair. They got everything done so quickly! I'm driving all the way to Tennessee and my truck is running beautifully. Thank you Ed!
