I took my car to the new Brown's in Rio Rancho and also had to bring my dog with me. I was so happy when Leslie offered him a treat, it's nice when you find unexpected dog friendly businesses! I loved the way the waiting area is very warm and welcoming. I'll be coming back for sure!

Browns Auto on the west side! Same great service and knowledge we have come to expect from them. Wife had her window come off track and motor malfunctioning. Browns quoted a very fair price to get it fixed and suggested additional maintenance on her car. We passed on those items for now but they weren't pushy at all which I appreciated. I will back soon to take care of the other items and booked an appointment for my truck oil change. Thanks Browns Auto Experts!

Was very excited to see Browns Automotive Open in Rio Rancho. Needed some work on my daughter’s Nissan Sentra. Browns did a free vehicle inspection and text it to me with a tremendous amount of details and photos. The work was done on time and on budget and the car runs and rides great. Friendly knowledgeable staff and great emphasis on customer service. Would highly recommend.
