The folks were courteous, explained all the service options and clearly laid out their recommendations and their reasoning for suggesting them. Recently took my vehicle to Brown’s and was instantly surprised at how nice the place was inside and the great service I received ! Ed took perfect care of my vehicle ! The repair was perfect and the cost came in less than the quote ! I will take my vehicle back and recommend all my family to this location ! It’s the Best repair shop I’ve ever been at!

After failing an emissions test and having other mechanical issues, I found Brown’s Automotive Experts for a diagnostic. While the issue causing the emissions test to fail was resolved during the diagnostic by their seasoned mechanics, there were a laundry list of issues that needed work. The inspection was very detailed and the shop offered me a quick and affordable resolution. It’s nice to have a shop you can rely on and afford should I have any more issues, I’ll be back. The best thing- the puppy, what a sweetie! *10 out of 10 would recommend.*

Being 2000 miles from home and needing major auto work done is never a good feeling. Finding Brown's Automotive was a lucky strike for me. Late on a Thursday and low on options, I stumbled into Brown's and was invited to relax while they determined the extent of my problems. Working fairly quickly in an effort for me to get the answers that we needed before the end of the day was huge as I couldn't afford to stay in town over the weekend. The next morning came with complications from suppliers but Ed, Tim, and the staff pushed through the BS to get what I needed and get us back on the road to home. As I write this from my home in North Carolina, the engine has yet to cool off from our trip out west. The rear end, the axles, the bearings....all worked perfectly over the past few days. Our gas mileage even improved a little bit! Thanks for taking in some weary travelers and making us feel welcome and safe in a strange new city we had only stopped in for lunch!

Don's redirected me because my issue was a "Dealer ONLY" repair. They were very professional and will be honest in their approach to resolving your mechanical issue. They will be most fair in their assessment and eventual charges for services rendered. I definitely recommend Don's!
