Your staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I appreciated being given a ride to my work when I came by to drop off my vehicle for an Oil Change and a 52 point inspection. I'm very pleased also, with the fact that they send an email detailing issues that need to be resolved in order of importance. I highly recommend this shop! Very trustworthy and fair.

Awesome service, they were able to take my car in early on my way to work and had it ready the same day. They did a full inspection and called to recommend repairs, etc. I think my technician's name was Barney, he was very patient as he explained what I needed and how much everything was. He even took the time to print price estimates for me to review should I return for more services. I'll definitely be returning here!

If you have an automotive problem, Brown's is the place to go! My 1999 Winnebago Chieftain runs better than it has for a long time because Nolen and the guys found everything that was wrong and then fixed them all at a reasonable cost!! On April 12 we chose to make an appointment at Brown's Automotive on 4th street in Albuquerque. Since our contract with Rich Ford is now outdated we felt it was wisdom to choose Brown's for the future repairs on our 2017 Ford Escape. It feels so good to know of all the years of good work done for customers and now to be getting such great service from Dustin and his Staff. We are spreading the word on the Gallup side of the state. We are very proud and thankful of each of you that help us.

These guys were awesome. Admittedly I was a little difficult to convince but I listened to their advice. Got my CV joint replaced got her fixed up quick and easy same day. Couldnt have asked for anything more, I definitely recommend. Thank you all.

If im being honest I went into Browns rather skeptical. My Lexus was shaking pretty bad. I talked to Leslie she helped get me set up quick and easy. Got her checked out they told me I need to replace my CV joint.( It was probably damaged by the mud. ) I brought her in and she came out just like newand I had a better understanding on why it happened.
