Prompt and respectful. They diagnosed my problem accurately and honestly. I have been to other shops who would have inflated the problem to get more money. Not Browns. They found a simple explanation for what could have an expensive repair. I always go to them and they have done right by me. Highly recommend.

I had an AMAZING experience here. I am completely lost when it comes to taking care of my car. I recently had a flat tire and since my tires are filled with Nitrogen I wasn't sure if it was okay to fill with air or where to go to take care of that. I stopped in Browns and was immediately taken care of - they offered to fill the tire right away and checked it for holes. As someone who is not knowledgeable about cars, I am nervous about being taken advantage of and oversold - that was not the case here. I was very happy and will be going back for other car care!
