We have been bringing our son's older Chevy truck to Brown' Automotive for a few years and appreciate their assessments which have been spot on. This week we replaced the pitman arm and idler arm assemblies. We dropped the car off at the appointed time and the work was completed quickly. The steering has definitely improved.

I was really impressed with how they itemize and report the diagnosis, including photos of the problem , which was sent before the work was begun. I walked into Brown's at 10 AM with no appointment. My car had a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. Thankfully, the kind and helpful staff were immediately on the case! Within just a few hours, they tracked down and acquired the unusual parts that I needed, installed a turbo charger, and even changed my oil. I was on my way by late afternoon. The waiting area is very clean, and the staff are fun to talk to. They explain what is happening to your vehicle every step of the way, give recommendations without being pushy, and might even throw in an entertaining story! A great experience. From now on, Brown's will be my number one choice for auto repair work in Albuquerque.

Honest and Auto repair ... Usually words that don't go together. Finally, I found an auto repair shop that is honest. Leslie completely went above and beyond to help figure out the problem. You will NOT be disappointed with the work they do and the customer service is second to none. They take the time to explain what is needed and why it is necessary.
