I needed to find a specialty shop for my BMW 325i. Brown's Automotive specializes in BMWs amongst other types of vehicles. The mechanics did a great job! James is very honest and cared about my concerns and explained in detail the 52 point inspection. And Phyllis was sweet driving me to and from the shop. I took my car in for an oil change. The customer service was exceptionally outstanding! This is the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. The shop was clean. The man at the front counter was very polite and professional. He patiently listened to me and he provided me with a clear, well written report about what had been done to my car and the repairs that it would need. I paid less than what the chain that I usually take my vehicle to charges and I got far more. I will continue to take my vehicle to Brown's Automotive and I will recommend them highly to friends and family. Thank you for a great experience!

I went to Brown's Automotive to get an oil change for my car. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in years. The shop was very clean. The man at the counter was very polite and helpful. They provided me with a detailed report on everything they did to the car and they gave me list of repairs that it would need. The report included photos of the repairs that it needs. The prices are great. I paid less for an oil change here than I do at the chain stores that I have been using. I will continue to take my car to Brown's and I recommend them highly!

I have to say that this guys were above and beyond to fix my car really honest people I took my car for a noise on the steering column and the replace a part that they thought was making the noise unfortunately I still could hear that noise in the car after I drove it well I went back to to chris in the front desk and they decided to replace the whole steering column and I have to say this pretty loud (AT NO COST ) all I had to do was to provide the part for them that is when you really see that these guys are committed to make.the customer happy thank you guys from the bottom of my heart at the end my car has no more noise I will not go anywhere else from now on to fix my car's keep the good job guys ps: this is the first time that I write a review ever I am a real customer and nobody pay me to wrote this I always through that reviews were write for the same people that work there but not the case here everyone in the shop thank you again
