I hit a huge pot hole this morning on Wyoming Blvd, which thankfully ended up having me pull over into a lot that is shared with Don’s Auto Services Center. I’m 8 months pregnant and had my toddler with me so I was definitely feeling frazzled as to what to do (especially since my husband is away on business all week so I didn’t have him nearby to come help us). I noticed the auto shop pretty quickly and walked us over there. The manager told me they did not do new tires, but he would put a spare one on for me so I could at least get my car to a mechanic who could. He and a few other gentleman working there put the spare on for me, and were very nice to explain exactly what was wrong with the rim/tire so I’d know what to tell a mechanic. After they were done, I asked the manager if I could pay them and he said “Nope-if it were my wife and child in this kind of situation, I would just appreciate someone helping them”. I could not be more grateful for the help I recieved today, and the kindness of the men who helped me from Don’s Auto Services. I will definitely be coming back for any future services needed!

I first stopped in to ask a question one day. I was satisfied with the answer and said I would be back. Well, it was quite a while but I did return, this time for a repair. I listed some problems for them to check and they did call me back. Surprised to find out that one problem I listed was not necessary . Another one they couldn't find a problem. Now I've been to some shady places that would have sold me a bucket of muffler bearings, but not the case here. And they didnt charge me for something they didnt fix . The real problem was identified, I was told the parts and labor charges and told them to go ahead. Repairs were done, I picked up my car and am very satisfied. My car has found its favorite repair shop. I will be back soon!

Excellent service as usual! I called in the morning and got in within a half hour (that’s how long it takes me to get there). They always check everything to avoid issues in the near future. I would highly recommend them!

A+ Most helpful with my automotive problem

I left my 2003 Volkswagen Passat at Brown's Automotive on December 10. Someone dear to me reccomended them as the best automotive repair in Albuquerque! 2 VW dealerships in Albuquerque serviced me over the last four years and the prices were outrageous. Finally my VW (known as "The Sparrow") was serviced in Gallup this fall and proved not to have even corrected the problem as told. I will only take "The Sparrow" to Brown's automotive in the future along with our 2017 Ford when needed. The phone conversation bewteen the mechanic and I was so informing and helpful to me as an older person. Service completed in a timely manor and I was very pleased with the prices. It was like taking my car to my own family....in fact it was family....The Brown Family! Nothing but the best - I reccomend them to all who have vehicle needs. Thanks, Jeremy for helping a grandma!
