Came in for the first time with a sudden worrisome rattle! Customer service was great and they fixed it on the spot! I will be returning for future repairs and highly recommend Brown's Automotive.

Thanks so much to the team @ the Brown's Los Rnchos location. My wife was traveling from Prescott Valley to Albuquerque on Saturday and a noise started which got worse. She stayed over for an extra night on her way to Denver and Monday morning she went to a Subaru dealer that didn't have time for her and was fairly rude. After her rejection a woman in line gave her a card from Brown's in Los Ranchos. They took her right in, diagnosed a loose mud flap, removed it and she was on her way to Denver. What a wonderful, courteous service team. Bravo Brown's!

Wow! Amazing shop! GOOD CHOICE! Long story short... my bank wouldn't allow me to pay for repairs because of the age of my new checking account. Dumb... BUT...... When I couldn't get the shop immediately paid, the front desk guy offered (wouldn't take No as an answer) to run me home! Great communication and service on all the multiple repairs I had them take care of.

I had my brakes changed out at Browns Automotive and Ed was amazing. He was very friendly, professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. I found the email inspection of my vehicle outlining work that needed to be done very helpful. I appreciated Ed calling me and going over the details of work needed before starting the job.
