I have been looking for a reliable auto center to service my Tacoma. Henry and the staff made me feel comfortable with their service and professionalism. They kept me in the loop and provided understandable explanations. Excellent job and my truck shows a noticeable improvement in performance. They are my new "go to" mechanics.

We got towed in to Jim's yard right at closing while travelling thru. He gets out immediately and let us in to register with him. Finds out we are travelling in our vehicle and offers to lock us in his yard for the night so we didn't have to pay for lodging in town, two complete strangers, he might be an angel. Anyhoo we wake up and his techs start on it right at the crack of dawn saying they've GOTTA get us back on the road. It's only 11am now and they have diagnosed the problem mango auto crosstown couldn't in hours. He gave a reasonable estimate on everything he found and told me what was priority, being empathetic to a travelers budget. These guys are knowledgeable, don't mess you around and obviously super empathetic and honest. Couldn't recommend more, posting this review so hopefully someone else doesn't go to the other guys like I did. Make deerhart your first and last stop.

We are moving and wanted to get our 105,000 tune-up. They done a fantastic job on our car when we drove it to Florida, so we knew they would be the one to work a major tune-up. Great service. Friendly and professional.We highly recommend them.

Cliff and Dustin were extremely kind and got me in for service immediately! Also, this is the cleanest waiting room I’ve ever been in!! They also have tons of complimentary refreshments! Amazing, I am a new customer for life!

I brought the car in because the car shuddered while idling. Brown's did a very thorough inspection. Their customer service is great: Dustin was very communicative about the progress of the job and easy to talk to. When the mechanic found out that I would need to wait for a part to come in, Dustin actually showed me what the part was and made sure they got it in as quickly as possible. Jeremy did a very thorough job to see what the issue was-he even sat in the car with me so that I could show him the problem. He also drove it around for a while after he fixed it to made sure the shuddering was alleviated. After Brown's worked on the car, I waited a few weeks to see if the problem would return, and it hasn't. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely return. My dream is to drive my Honda for many years, and Brown's is helping to make that dream a reality.

I had check engine light that turned out to be turbocharger problem. Browns was quick at diagnosing the problem and repair was complete in a couple days. They are not the lowest cost but hopefully their 3 year warranty will pay for itself if it fails again.
