Going to a mechanic can be a frightening experience, however Browns mechanics put me at ease with their knowledge and understanding of my financial needs. A full diagnostics was completed and a copy conveniently sent to my phone. Vehicle maintenance is crucial and thanks to Darrell and crew, I now can use the vehicle diagnostics and put aside financially what is necessary to keep my vehicle at its optimum. Thank you Browns Auto 🛺, experts I really can trust! And cannot forget Poncho! Best dog greeter ever!

The guys guys at browns automotive were very professional. I had some questions regarding what It would take to fix the issue with my brakes and they had no problem explaining and making sure I was comfortable with proceeding to fix the issue. Darrel was clear and concise and answered all of my concerns. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. If I have any issues in the future I will be coming back to this location.

Northeast Heights

We recently were on vacation and our car broke down going through Albuquerque. Shops were full and wouldn't look at it and referred us to dons. Told them our situation and cliff got us in and back on the road with minimal costs. They could've easily taken advantage of our situation and charged us a lot of money but they were honest and fixed the issue. Thanks again cliff
