My Husband and I were putting Gas on 4th and Solar. The Gentleman in the photos the one that helped us. He went out of his way to give us a boost. We own a Mercedes ML 350 2006. Let me tell you the battery is under the Passenger Front seat. We elderly he help my husband take the the chair out and he put everything back together for us. He was Heaven Sent. Its was Cold and rainy . He stuck around to make sure we were ok. Now u tell me who does that now a day"s. We had a bad Battery. We went to Browns Automotive the workers there were just as Good as this Gentleman was. I would recommend them Highly.. Gave us a Good Price on Our Battery. I just want to give all the Guy's down at Browns Automotive Express a Shout Out. Good Job. Y'all are very Professional and Experienced. Took my Prius to Browns after a frustrating experience with the Toytota dealership for previous maintenance. Edward, my service advisor, was upfront, professional, and excedingly informative and transparent about the state of my car. He provided an emailed checklist (with photos) of various maintenance needs along with explanations behind when and why I need to take care of them. His estimate was spot-on, too, so no feeling like the rug was pulled out from under me after I okayed work.

I went to a place and they gave me this printout which is in green and red telling me it was going to cost $1,600 to repair I insisted to my husband that I wanted a second opinion so I went with the browns now look at their printout that they gave me that is so amazing having little arrows pointing to the problem pictures literally of my car I was completely amazed and being a female I finally found the best place anyone could take their vehicle to I completely recommend the browns for any automotive problem I have them fix some immediate attention problems that were listed and paid six fifty they are honest and fair price the best place in town to go to
