Great thorough job.

I trust these guys. I have taken my 2005 Jeep to them several times and they always take care of the problem. It's hard to find a trust worthy mechanic these days so I am grateful for Browns.

I walked into Brown's at 10 AM with no appointment. My car had a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. Thankfully, the kind and helpful staff were immediately on the case! Within just a few hours, they tracked down and acquired the unusual parts that I needed, installed a turbo charger, and even changed my oil. I was on my way by late afternoon. The waiting area is very clean, and the staff are fun to talk to. They explain what is happening to your vehicle every step of the way, give recommendations without being pushy, and might even throw in an entertaining story! A great experience. From now on, Brown's will be my number one choice for auto repair work in Albuquerque.

Drove immediately to Brown's Automotive and they had grandma's car up and running that day!!...This is why I've been going there for years, and every time I take a car there they always exceed my expectations...... They've worked on grandma's toyota carolla, my F-150, my wife's nissan versa, and even my 58 chrysler.... No job is too big or too small for these guys

Your staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I appreciated being given a ride to my work when I came by to drop off my vehicle for an Oil Change and a 52 point inspection. I'm very pleased also, with the fact that they send an email detailing issues that need to be resolved in order of importance. I highly recommend this shop! Very trustworthy and fair.
