I have been taking my ford to this location for years, the people there are wonderful, professional, personable and will do anything they can to ensure that your vehicle is serviced to perfection and very cost effective price. Anyone who has questions or concerns about their vehicles I refer them to this company.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They won't do any false repairs or try to upsell a bunch of stuff you dont need. They did my clutch in under 2 business days.

Best auto shop I've ever been to. They found the root cause of the problem, which was surprisingly affordable. The Toyota dealership's approach was to replace EVERYTHING until they found the issue. We went to Brown's instead. So glad we did.

I've been at this mechanic for many years now: they do the job, communicate, no bad surprises. I trust them completely, and every time I visit it's like visiting old friends :-)

I hit a huge pot hole this morning on Wyoming Blvd, which thankfully ended up having me pull over into a lot that is shared with Don’s Auto Services Center. I’m 8 months pregnant and had my toddler with me so I was definitely feeling frazzled as to what to do (especially since my husband is away on business all week so I didn’t have him nearby to come help us). I noticed the auto shop pretty quickly and walked us over there. The manager told me they did not do new tires, but he would put a spare one on for me so I could at least get my car to a mechanic who could. He and a few other gentleman working there put the spare on for me, and were very nice to explain exactly what was wrong with the rim/tire so I’d know what to tell a mechanic. After they were done, I asked the manager if I could pay them and he said “Nope-if it were my wife and child in this kind of situation, I would just appreciate someone helping them”. I could not be more grateful for the help I recieved today, and the kindness of the men who helped me from Don’s Auto Services. I will definitely be coming back for any future services needed!
