My positive experience started with Oscar. He’s actually quite amazing in that he has a profoundly broad understanding of not only vehicles, but people. He coordinates when to come and what mechanic would be the best FIT to fix my vehicle. That means he knows the mechanics history and skill experience. With that said, I have a 2013 Mercedes Sprinter RV with wheel sensor issues. It’s a chronic problem and a pain in the butt! Dealing with Mercedes is not only ridiculously expensive but it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. Not so with Brown and their mechanics offer a wide range of experience with all kids of vehicles, even Mercedes motorhomes! Jeremy is my Star, not only because he replaced the sensor without a blink but because he took the time to walk me through how my MBll diagnostic tool works, and is a phone call away if I’m broken down somewhere... I can’t beat that for customer service! I’d recommend Brown Automotive without any hesitation. If you want your vehicle fixed and fixed RIGHT, take it there. Thanks guys, I’m back on the road🤙

I had my dead truck hauled over there to find out how to get her running again. Leslie, The magical coordinator of all things, was immediately reassuring on the phone, sent me this amazingly detailed, text-based report (including pictures) of every inspection, and all of the results had found while looking for the problems with the truck. She called me at times throughout the day to keep me apprised of what was happening and give me options. It was the best treatment this little truck (and me) have had at an automotive shop.. The repairs were not as dire as I expected, the price was totally within expected range, they have a shuttle who will come and get you to pick up your car, and Leslie called me up the following week to see how the car was doing and if everything was up to snuff. That is awesome service. They also take AAA and will give you a discount if you are a AAA member. I can't imagine that I would go anywhere else from now on.

Leslie and her team provided outstanding customer service! I knew exactly what needed to be fixed with their modern diagnostic testing which was sent to me via text. There was no pressure to get everything done immediately just the most important things. I will always come to Browns Automotive for my car needs and I highly recommend them to anyone!
