This was a 1994 custom 4WD RV / Van maintained by Rick Quanz for 22 years (until they stopped doing maintenance). No one else wanted to crawl under the dash and fix linkages. Not only was the problem solved, but their inspection and walk around found other maintenance issues. They gave me the choice(s), were expedient and reasonable. A good N. Valley neighbor.

Like many of you, I’ve been really wary about mechanics... mostly because they always seem to charge you hundredsss of dollars every visit, even thousands. I don’t trust most mechanics because I have this stereotype that they are embellishing about the long list of problems but you don’t know the difference so you just end up paying because you need your car fixed. With all that being said, that has NOT Been my experience with Browns. The very first visit ever, I needed to leave my car there overnight and the front desk attendant, Tim, gave me a ride home. They were trustworthy every since. They are the first shop I’ve ever really believed in. Thanks fellas! Worth the drive!

We had engine trouble on our way from Texas to Idaho. We called around and no one was willing to look at our truck. When we called Brown’s they were more than willing to help us out. Ed and his guys got us back on the road quick. We really appreciate the excellent service.
