They did a great job getting my AC up and working. Also did and oil change and free tire rotation while there. I was a new customer this time, but I will certainly be back.

They are honest and that is the hardest thing to find. Price is a little high but for honesty it is totally worth it. Great communication during the whole process! Loved it and will be back again with all my car needs.

I found them very friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns. They did not try to over-sell me on unnecessary parts. They were accommodating to my timeframe. They are not over-priced.

They did a full diagnostic free of charge, then sent a text with link to all the details, including photos and notes. On the phone they gave a full and detailed explanation of what needed to be done now, what should be done soon, and what could wait. I asked Ed about a few things they flagged that seemed like they weren't worth the money and he confirmed there was really no need to spend $$ unnecessarily. Very knowledgable service by people you can trust. I've already made an appointment for the next thing that needs to be dealt with. I highly recommend Browns!
