We had our 2004 Toyota Sienna van worked on in August because there was a loud squeaking noise. We called them a week later because the noise came back. They got us in the next day and was able to remedy the problem whiich was simply loose belts. They are professional, responsive, and good at what they do.

I am new to the area and had been struggling with a rattling noise in my car. After spending $1500 at another shop without a solution, I was recommended to try Browns Automotive Experts. They did a free diagnostic and quickly identified the issue: stripped struts caused by the previous repair. Browns Automotive Experts sent me a video and paperwork documenting the problem, helping me get the original shop to fix their mistake. When other shops wouldn't talk to us because it was a three day weekend, they took us in and were proud to show us the national map of people they had helped from all around the country. They charged a fair price to diagnose and repair something that would've stalled us for days in Albuquerque. Had my F150 checked using their free vehicle inspection with digital photos. Nice service. They found a couple of items that needed or recommended replacing (brake fluid, fuel filter and my old shocks). Friendly folks and fairly quick and was back on the road as promised. I have used them before and will return.

Thank you, Brown’s Auto! So glad I found you! Browns, is honest, fair priced, gets things done quickly. My experience with Isaac was wonderful. He called me back happy and chipper scheduled me for that afternoon. While I was waiting for my car to be looked at and repaired, Brown’s has a policy of being able to drive me back to my place of living and pick me up when things are complete. The mechanic went over the car with a fine tooth comb. Found a few things that needed repair. Was taken care of quickly. They are very transparent about everything they are doing and why. Was able to pick up my car next morning. I trusted them about the pricing. But they were telling me. Hundred percent honest. Feels like a family run business. Five stars! I fully recommend! Glad I found Browns!
