I have used Brown's Automotive for several years to perform general maintenance and oil changes as well as fixing a broken latch on my hatchback. It is challenging to find a mechanic willing to work on a Volkswagen and after several terrible experiences at the local dealership, I am very happy Brown's is able to provide high quality, dependable, trustworthy service. The prices are fair but not cheap; however, I have been very pleased with the results and they are always transparent and honest about any questions or concerns I have. They are patient and take the time to explain the work they will do, as well as provide a video of the problems they find. I have had no trouble making an appointment or dropping in unannounced for emergency repairs. Highly recommended.
