Like many, I was having a hard time finding a mechanic I could trust without having one as family or a friend. I had horrible experiences and trust issues dealing with the Jeep dealership on ABQs Westside. I decided to give Brown’s Auto in Rio a chance and have not been disappointed. Ed and Henry are the Managers up front and have a great customer service skills and are transparent about everything. My order Jeep has had numerous issues due to its age and their team breaks down current issues along with potential future problems that they noticed. This is documented well with photos of what they have observed and an opinion of what should be a priority. Having that said, they are not pushy or demanding about work that could be completed later on. This communication along with timely, quality work has left me feeling good about their services and I’ll definitely continue business with them and recommend everyone to them! Thanks fellas!
