Great customer service Everyone is so nice and friendly. quality auto care with clear communication on whatever the problem is. I like that they send detail pictures and explanations of what is being fixed and other issues that need attention. I never feel pressured Into other or costly repairs like most shops that scare you into buying services that are not as urgent, but they do need to be taken care of I highly recommend Brown automotive!

Excellent service. I had a lot of preventative maintenance that needed to be done. We discovered that my Ram 2500 has some out of the ordinary features so a few parts had to be special ordered but Ed worked it all out and finished the job. Thanks!
