Always great service and experience. Thoroughness of inspection is most impressive. Well documented with words and pictures. Items are broken into level of importance and immediacy. Very helpful for someone watching their Pennies in terms of what needs to be fixed now and what can be put off. Had a high level of trust with the previous owners and experiencing the same. Ideal for a senior or college student away from home. Inspection report sent by text or email. Helpful for a family member or friend to see what a problem is so they can render an opinion.
