Good experience. Provided thorough inspection which after discussion yielded another service to be performed. Vehicle drove great driving home but will need more time to thoroughly assess of course.

Took my car in because the engine light came on two days after I had had it in for its 52 point summer check up. The problem was I wasn’t driving it enough! In my defense , it’s basketball season and I had a concussion! Really like that they send you pictures of the problem before and after the repair. They were kind enough not to charge me for the light problem.They are polite, efficient and honest. I have found a new mechanic. I went to the one at 7702 4th Street.

Brown’s is friendly and helpful. They explain what needs to be done and give an estimate up front. I’ll be using them for all my automotive needs.

I have been to Brown's Automotive 3-4 times for various work on my Hyundai Sonata 2015. All the mechanics are highly trained. The managers are very friendly with me, and have always explained the work they are performing to me. I have never had a negative issue. They do a free complete inspection every time I come in, making sure all the fluids and belts, battery and filters are in top shape. I have had oil changes, outside and inside filters replaced, a complete brake job, and new tires put on. They always do a test drive and inform me of anything that doesn't sound right. They have never pressured me to do any work or buy anything. In fact, my last visit needed a brake light replacement. They refused to charge me anything for this. What I really appreciate is the full report I am given along with photos. There is complete honesty here at Brown's Automotive, so I will stay with them because I trust their work and friendship.

This was my first visit to Browns. My Ac wasnt cooling. When I first got there Vincent was so nice and explained what all they would do to evaluate and repair. Parts had to be found so it took a couple of days. There was a hiccup that could have been a real problem. However they fixed the issue, apologized and my car was ready the next day. I understand that there can always be an issue anytime or anywhere but their genuine concern and willingness sold me on them. I will be back.

No need to go anywhere else when it comes to getting your vehicle serviced. Brown's is hands down the best place to go to in Albuquerque. Great communication, upfront, and honest. Highly recommended, and I will not go anywhere else.

Darrell was great at explaining what needs to be attended to and in what order from most to least important, as my vehicle is in need of a lot!
