Getting my car serviced is honestly the last thing on my "want to do" list. I've been to Browns a couple of times now, and I've been really happy with how things went. They only do repairs that are necessary for safety, and they don't push me to fix other things that can wait. I feel good about picking up my car, and I have to say that their customer service is excellent.

I have been going to Brown's Auto for a few years now and feel very confident in their work. As a retired woman, it means a lot to know the mechanics are thorough, honest, and well-trained when I bring my car in. They maintain my car in the way I ask them to with no pressure. After my visit, they send me a detailed report with pictures of each part they have looked at, under the hood and outside. I also appreciate how they do a free analysis of the tires, brakes, shocks, fluids, belts, lights, and batteries. I would list more things, but this is all the words I know to add to my vehicle knowledge. I could list some of the tools they use, but that doesn't help anyone.
