Browns Automotive is hands down the best. Had my vehicle at another place and every time I would drive off 50 miles later my check engine light would go back on. It’s like they were not even really doing the diagnostic that I paid for. Took it to Browns and now my vehicle runs great no lights. I will only be using Browns Automotive. Moving cross-country in our box truck, we started to hear concerning noises. Eddie Brock got us in and out and back on the road incredibly fast (especially given how busy they were overall!) His master tech Keith found and solved a minor problem that would have been a major issue later. Great customer service Everyone is so nice and friendly. quality auto care with clear communication on whatever the problem is. I like that they send detail pictures and explanations of what is being fixed and other issues that need attention. I never feel pressured Into other or costly repairs like most shops that scare you into buying services that are not as urgent, but they do need to be taken care of I highly recommend Brown automotive!
