I trust Don Browns. I have had to have my car towed there twice and each time they responded quickly understanding my situation.

I used to take my two Hondas and Chevrolet truck to their respective franchise. Since I have been taking them all to Brown's Automotive Experts, they have never run better than they do now. Great, professional, courteous, and friendly staff at the front. I am sure that the mechanics are the same. I would like to thank them for the exceptional work that they do.

Moving cross-country in our box truck, we started to hear concerning noises. Eddie Brock got us in and out and back on the road incredibly fast (especially given how busy they were overall!) His master tech Keith found and solved a minor problem that would have been a major issue later. Great customer service Everyone is so nice and friendly. quality auto care with clear communication on whatever the problem is. I like that they send detail pictures and explanations of what is being fixed and other issues that need attention. I never feel pressured Into other or costly repairs like most shops that scare you into buying services that are not as urgent, but they do need to be taken care of I highly recommend Brown automotive!
