I cant say enough good things about Ed and his team at Rio Rancho. From the moment I walked in, Ed treated me with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for myself and my car. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me fair pricing, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right the first time. As a veteran with almost 30 years of service to our country, it is nice to find a professional with the same level of focus and attention to detail. Minor rework from a fluid leak. They not only immediately fixed the issue, they also replaced the bottom fabric pan/liner free of charge (normally $280). Ive been going to Dearholt, now Browns, for 20 plus years. Quality work and dependable service.

Decided to try this place for the first time after receiving a coupon in the mail for an oil change. We’ve always taken our cars to Jiffy Lube, but decided to try someplace new. From the moment I scheduled an appointment, it was top notch! It was simple to schedule online and they took my vehicle in as soon as I arrived. We decided to wait and although they didn’t have WiFi, the whole process was exactly the length of time that they anticipated. When I received the report to my phone, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a thorough report on the vehicle, including pictures! When I called my husband, we both assumed this simple oil change service would turn into an expensive ordeal, but it wasn’t! It was cheaper than we had paid at Jiffy Lube and included a full vehicle report, oil change, top notch customer service and free coffee bar. We will definitely now be making this place our home for oil changes.

I have been bringing my 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L and my 2010 Toyota Prius to Brown's for at least 5 years and I've never been let down or disappointed. My cars are running like watches thanks to Brown's Rio Rancho. I appreciate their thoroughness. They send me a detailed assessment with every visit of not just what I'm concerned about, but everything else my vehicle has going on and the severity of what's needed, whether it's "keep an eye on it" level or "you need to do something now" level. Ed and Henry never push anything on me I don't need. They're quite amicable and affable when I ask questions or if it's just interesting small talk. Chancho (their shop dog) is quite the character, too. It's peace of mind to know that when my older vehicles are acting up I have Brown getting my back and making everything ship shape again. This last visit was especially essential because we're about to take a road trip that will end up being about 3,000+ miles and I have all the confidence that my 2007 Odyssey will manage just fine
