I recently brought my cousin’s BMW to Browns Automotive for some important work—replacing the coils, spark plugs, and a few fuel injectors. The entire process was handled smoothly and professionally. Ray was the one who helped me through everything. He stayed in constant contact and kept me updated on the vehicle every step of the way, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find that kind of communication and transparency. The pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was impressively fast.
